Entry Level Laborer

Du-Co Ceramics is an established, family owned ceramic manufacturer looking for entry-level laborers.

We are a union shop, so employees are paid based on the job they are assigned. $18.15 to $20.47 an hour base rate (shift differential for non-daylight positions) Pay rates are not negotiable.

Our entry-level laborers are essential to the operations of our company and include positions such as :

• Press Laborer Inspector Packer Sorter Packer Granule Mixer Operator Job Requirements : All candidates must be able to rotate between 1st and 2nd shifts. (Some higher paid positions rotate weekly; 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift) Must be able to work over-time as required.
• Mostly Monday-Friday with over-time on the weekends, when necessary.
• Must be able to follow work instruction and to keep accurate records as required.
• Must have the ability to measure small parts for long periods of time, perform AQL, and records.
• Must be able to unload parts into containers, cartons, and weigh on scales.
• Must be able to perform visual quality checks.
• Must be able to wear required PPE.
