The Project Operations Specialist is responsible for leading the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of client projects. This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate, and seamless delivery of services, directly impacting revenue realization, client satisfaction, and long-term retention. Currently, onboarding functions are distributed across multiple teams, resulting in a fragmented and error-prone process. This role will serve as the centralized owner of project setup, bringing structure, accountability, and operational excellence to a high-impact area of the business. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Implementation
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client onboarding projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and configure systems to meet client needs.
• Ensure timely activation of services and data retrieval to meet SLA commitments.
• Data Analysis & Configuration
• Analyze client data to inform setup decisions and ensure accurate configuration.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and workflows.
• Validate data integrity and system outputs prior to go-live.
• Project Management
• Manage multiple concurrent onboarding projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, and proactively address risks and issues.
• Facilitate communication across internal teams and with clients.
• Quality Assurance & SLA Compliance
• Ensure zero-defect delivery by implementing rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Monitor onboarding performance against SLAs and escalate risks as needed.
• Minimize rework and post-launch issues through proactive planning and execution.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across departments to ensure successful implementation.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
