De La Nonna, one of the Arts Districts busiest pizza focused restaurants is currently hiring!

We operate under a hybrid service model, in which our guests will order at the counter with our cashiers, then receieve their drinks and sit anywhere they'd like in the dining room or patio.
As such, we will not have traditional servers, and instead our managers, cashiers, food runners, and bussers will be assisting in the hospitality experience to make sure our guests feel welcome and cared for while here.
All hands on deck during service, with a culture of everyone helping anyone who may need it.
Essential Functions :
- Greeting our guests with warmth
- Guiding our guests through the menu and taking their order
- In depth knowledge of the drink and food and menu, including allergies
- Ringing in all drinks, food, and coffee at the counter
- Handling all transactions, currency, etc...
- Assisting at the coffee station making lattes, etc...
- Assist when needed to run food and drinks from service pass and coffee station to tables throughout the restaurant
- Assist when needed clearing tables and bar of unused items, finished plates, and glasses
- Sanitize tables and reset once guests leave
- Interact with guests and other employees in a friendly, hospitable manner
- Assist at coffee station when needed for making espresso drinks such as latte's, etc...
- Assist in the set up of service stations
- Roll SIlverware
- Assist with general cleanliness of the front of house and restrooms
- Empty garbage and replace with clean liners
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Get along well with others and be a team player
- Other duties will be assigned as needed
