What You'll Do :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be essential in ensuring our residents' comfort and health. Your responsibilities will include providing direct nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, and overseeing care plan implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide wound care and other necessary nursing interventions.
• Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in their care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
