GCG Automation & Factory Solutions is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to fuel the growth of our Collaborative Robots (Cobots) business. In this high-impact role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customersintroducing them to automation possibilities and securing the critical first step : a feasibility consultation with our Cobot Product Manager.

As the voice of GCG's cobot solutions, you'll represent cutting-edge automation technology through phone, email, and digital outreach. This role will work from our office in Germantown, WI located at N114W18770 Clinton Dr, Germantown, WI 53022.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Marketing and the Cobot Product Manager to design targeted outreach campaigns and tools
• Research and identify prospects using defined profiles, CRM tools, and lead databases
• Initiate outreach via phone, email, and digital platforms to build interest and rapport with decision-makers
• Secure and schedule feasibility consultations with the Cobot Product Manager
• Qualify inbound leads from vendor referrals and marketing campaigns to move them into the sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), tracking activity, lead status, and performance metrics
• Other duties as assigned
