In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country's most critical role protecting our national security.

KBR is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Management Specialist (or Deputy Project Manager) to provide leadership and oversight for a high-visibility project requiring a TS / SCI clearance. This role functions as a Sr. Program Management Specialist coordinating project tasks with a Control Account Manager, managing budgets, and leading project-level management meetings. The selected candidate will ensure seamless project execution and alignment with customer objectives.

Work Environment :

Basic Compensation : $110,000 to $164,000 annually

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and / or experience, as well as internal parity considerations.

Additional Compensation : KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
