Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team through guidance, support, and performance management

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline)
2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing operations or service role
At least 2 years of direct people management experience leading a team of 5+ employees
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and motivate others
Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
