Operations Supervisor

A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team through guidance, support, and performance management

Drive performance and accountability by monitoring team performance and conducting regular reviews

Enhance operational efficiency by managing team productivity and implementing process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline)

2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing operations or service role

At least 2 years of direct people management experience leading a team of 5+ employees

Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and motivate others

Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
