Responsibilities

• Drafting memos, summaries, analysis, and recommendations.
• Drafting, reviewing, editing, and / or updating forms, legal documents, policies, and procedures.
• Monitoring legal and legislative developments within the fields of construction, OSHA, and employment law.
• Performing legal research, including 50-state surveys.
• Working with law firms that serve as external counsel to PCL.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned.
