- Hours : 40 hour work week with some on call by phone in the evenings and weekends

- Call Schedule : Phone Only Call : Evenings and Weekends. Call is triaged by an answering service and NP / PAs in certain locations

DETAILS :
Every new employee will undergo a 3-week minimum training program to properly acclimate them to the Access Health Care practice model.
Additional training provided as needed
- All sites are supported by an office and MA team, along with an Operations Management team to assist with administrative duties and metric evaluation
- EMR : eClinicalWorks and Caretracker
- The idea candidate must be coachable and open to training in order to be successful within our organization.
