LHH is currently recruiting for an Intake Specialist to join a mission-driven team in a fully onsite, contract-to-hire role. If you're someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to jump in immediately — we’d love to hear from you.

Pay : $21.63 / hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM

Location : Fully onsite (no remote option)

Type : Contract-to-hire

About the Role :

This position is all about connection and support. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them navigate services, complete applications, and get the assistance they need. It’s a great opportunity to make a real impact while building your customer service skills.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule appointments and assist clients with completing applications
• Review forms for accuracy and completeness
• Perform light data entry and general office support
• Copy and organize client documents (IDs, leases, utility bills, etc.)
• Operate basic office equipment like copiers and scanners
• Help prepare case files and mail notices
• Support caseworkers with documentation and file management
• Pitch in with other office tasks as needed

Pay Details : $20.00 to $21.63 per hour
