This opportunity is with a well-established, mid-sized general contractor known for its expertise in delivering high-quality tenant improvement projects and fostering a professional environment for growth and success.
Manage all aspects of tenant improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.

A successful Project Manager should have : proven experience in managing commercial tenant improvement projects within the construction industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software. A results-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction quality standards.
