We have an immediate opportunity to join our growing company in our Distribution / Warehousing Department. We are currently seeking a full-time (M-F 8 :
- 00 A.M.-5 : 00 P.M.) Distribution Associate in Tracy, California. Job Responsibilities : Complete Daily Forklift Checklist and follow Forklift and Order Picker maintenance and safety procedures on a daily basis.
- Loading and Unloading freight trucks.
- Receiving, Stocking, Order Selecting, Dispatching, Packing and Shipping product.
- Auditing of inventory and shipments.
- Process RA's Operate cardboard / bailing compacting machine.
- Maintain and assist with keeping all work areas organized and clean. (i.e. sweep areas, take out garbage and perform other warehouse sanitation duties as needed.) Perform light-clerical, filing, ordering department supplies, and stocking supplies.
- Adhere to all safety and operational compliance regulations.
- Participate in monthly learning meetings.
- Assist and cross train in other departments.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Job Requirements :
High School Education or Equivalent Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Hourly Rate Pay Range :
$20.00 to $24.00 Bonus Opportunity Profit Bonus : $0 to $500 per month (increases hourly rate up to $ 2 .88 per hour or up $6k per year) All Full-Time positions offer the following : Medical, Dental, Vision, ER paid Life for Employee, Voluntary benefits, Medical FSA, Dependent FSA, HSA, 401k, and Financial Wellness planning.
