What You’ll Do :

We invite you to apply for the position of Program Coordinator, supporting the Global Explorers program, an established core program, and in developing new community partnerships.

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Programs to manage short and long term contracts, contracted services and all other partnerships with the community.

The role will be responsible for coordinating communication between sites and ReDefiners, technical tasks, interacting with the community, and providing data to the team to understand the status of contracts and identify issues requiring resolution.

This position is highly relational and requires a strong aptitude for organizational skills, project management and the ability to both initiate, implement and complete the life cycle of the project.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Program Site Management : Ensure effective management practices across program sites.

  • Team Engagement and Development : Foster team cohesion, development, and efficiency
  • Accuracy of Program Information : Enhance the accuracy of program information across all internal channels (website, email or telephone communication, social media, flyers, etc.

by minimizing the number of errors reported.

  • Program Schedule Management : Optimize program schedule management by decreasing the average time taken to communicate schedule / calendar changes to all program stakeholders
  • Participant Communication and Engagement : Improve participant communication and engagement by increasing active interaction and responsiveness to participant communication efforts.
  • Resource Organization and Distribution : Maximize resource organization and distribution.
  • Data Collection and Reporting : Ensure accuracy of outcome reporting; maintain compliance with Salesforce data entry standards
  • Improve participant retention rate
  • Contract Management : Spearhead the identification and development of new program contracts while fostering activities to support growth and retention of partnerships
  • Contract Compliance : Complete timely and accurate administrative functions to support contract compliance in relation to partnership agreements

Skills & Qualifications :

Required

  • MUST be based in the Tampa Area
  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and integrity
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders create engagement with the community
  • Advanced computer skills, including database use and proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets
  • Proactive and solution oriented

Compensation : $26.50 per hour
