Who They Are
We've partnered with an expert in unique engineering and HVAC solutions for hydronics. This company is looking to add a Production Manager to be responsible for leading and integrating all production-related functions, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective manufacturing operations. This role would provide end-to-end leadership across assembly, machining, warehouse and logistics, shipping, HSE, procurement, and manufacturing engineering, with direct accountability for delivery, safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement!

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate all production activities
• Lead, coach, and develop the operations leadership team
• Oversee warehouse operations, material flow, and inventory
• Lead procurement activities
• Develop and execute production plans
• Monitor and improve KPIs

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple functions
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
