Summary

Are you a proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for driving results? We’re looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in a full-time hybrid role based in Portland, OR. You’ll collaborate closely with our executive team and advisors to generate leads and build relationships with potential enterprise clients.

Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting, engaging with key decision-makers, and scheduling introductions for our partnerships team. If you’re ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Account Development : Research and grow new potential accounts within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Lead Generation : Develop and execute outbound engagement strategies for key enterprise clients in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Prospecting : Conduct proactive outreach to key stakeholders and C-level executives via email, phone, and social media.
  • Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and effectively position Cloud Campaign's solutions.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the executive team to support active deals and leverage referrals to high-value prospects.
  • Reporting : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Market Insight : Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Travel : Coordinate in-person meetings and attend industry events with sales leadership up to 30% of the time.
  • Qualifications

  • Experience : 2+ years of Business Development Representative experience.
  • Sales Expertise : Proven track record in sales and outbound lead generation, preferably in a startup, SaaS, or digital marketing environment.
  • Skills : A team player with strong written and verbal communication skills, self-driven, and creative. A strategic mindset and strong work ethic are essential.
  • Knowledge : Familiarity with social media marketing platforms or experience with digital agencies is a plus.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Attributes : Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively, with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Tools : Proficiency with CRM software and sales enablement tools.
