We're looking for motivated sales professionals with 2–6 years of professional experience who are ready to take ownership of a territory, run the full sales cycle, and grow into leadership roles.
What You'll Do
- Territory Ownership : Manage your own book of business within the Portland metro area.
- B-Time (Office) : Start and end your day in-office to prospect, cold call, research accounts, and handle admin.
- A-Time (Field) : Spend business hours face-to-face with clients — we believe in relationship-driven selling.
- Full-Cycle Sales : Prospect, conduct client discovery, lead product demos, close deals, and manage long-term accounts.
- Coaching & Development : Partner with your manager for ride-alongs, strategy sessions, and ongoing mentorship.
- Closing Fridays : Rally with your team at the end of each month to drive results and celebrate wins.
Compensation & Career Growth
First-year earnings : typically, $70k–$90k, with high performers exceeding $100k+.Uncapped commissions + monthly / quarterly bonuses and manufacturer cash incentives.Non-recoverable draw provided as you ramp up and build your pipeline.Career path : High performers often advance to Field Sales Manager roles within 3–5 years.Who Thrives Here
