  • Provide support for executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual and long-term incentives, and equity-based compensation (in partnership with the Equity Manager), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with shareholder interests.
  • Provide expert consultation and guidance to HR business partners and senior leaders on compensation-related matters, including market analysis, job evaluation, and pay equity.
  • Monitor global compensation trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to inform program design and ensure ongoing competitiveness and compliance.
  • Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary planning, incentive calculations, and compensation-related communications.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and external consultants to ensure effective governance, reporting, and compliance for all compensation programs.
  • Analyze compensation data and prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors, as needed.
  • Support global M&A activities and integration efforts from a compensation perspective.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing compensation team.
