Nurse Practitioner physician employment in California : A Federally Qualified Healthcare System with locations throughout San Diego is currently looking for Geriatric Nurse Practitioners to work as PACE Nurse Practitioners.

• Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
• The PACE Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive medical care to the PACE participant. The NP attends to the acute needs of the PACE participant, while managing the chronic medical problems, and paying attention to the preventative and rehabilitative care required by the PACE participant. The PACE NP incorporates the entire interdisciplinary team as appropriate to provide medical care in a holistic manner.
• Qualifications : *
• Must have an active California Nurse Practitioner license
• Experience working with the geriatric population required
• Spanish speaking preferred
