We are seeking an additional Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Provide exceptional guest services, addressing and resolving any issues promptly
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
- Manage FOH staff
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in restaurants and food service
- Must be an LGBTQ+ Ally
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be a team player, great communicator, and possess excellent people skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with Toast POS (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with Opentable (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience

Schedule :
Our restaurant is open Tuesday - Sunday. We are closed on Mondays and close at 8PM on Sundays. We open early for Cubs Home games.
Floor managers will be expected to work during the week and on weekends. A flexible schedule is required.
