Job descriptionAccurately and efficiently perform external and internal window treatment installations across residential and commercial settings (approximately 25% commercial) Perform service and warranty calls as needed Service clients within the area from Charleston to Bluffton Build, manage, and train the installation team Assist with interviews and help implement best practices for new hires Maintain quality standards, troubleshoot jobs, and make technical recommendations Maintain warehouse equipment and support material management Operate within a structured schedule, with jobs planned a week in advance and some room for adjustment Strong technical experience with measurements, installations, or power tools Ability to work on high ladders and carry equipment weighing 5060 lbs or more Dependable, self-sufficient, and quick-thinking Willingness to work solo or alongside a partner Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to utilize CRM tools Willingness to adopt new technologies and processes
Installer Position
We are seeking a hands-on, skilled installer to help build and lead an in-house installation team. This position will be a mix of handling on-site installations and management. You will spend part of your time in the field and part of your time managing and training staff.
Location : Charleston, SC 29492 - FT, 100% on-site
What You Get :
- Compensation : $75,000$85,000 / year, experience dependent
- $5K+ performance-based bonuses
- Schedule : 8 AM5 PM
- 2 weeks PTO in year one (3 weeks in year two and beyond)
- 10 paid holidays

- Company vehicle+gas card for local travel to customer appointments
