Ferguson is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our Waterworks team! This role leads our Illinois waterworks business operations, ensuring we maintain our reputation for extraordinary service and operational integrity.

• Reports to the Sales Manager
• Support a team of over 20 associates, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing business unit environment.

Pay Range : $7,750.00 - $12,408.34

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
