Were focused on accelerating growth through expanding our brand portfolios, which include RW Knudsen Family juices, Santa Cruz Organic beverages and apple sauces, TruRoots grains and private label customers.

Were seeking a passionate, high-energy, outside-the-box Brand Manager who can flawlessly manage multiple new product launches, for both branded and private label products.

As Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple innovation projects from start to finish, including managing a stage gate process to build an innovation pipeline, determining success metrics, developing comprehensive timelines and leading a cross-functional team through flawless on-time launch.

You will also play a key role in assisting with overall high-level brand strategy and will partner closely with marketing, sales, finance, R&D, supply chain and operations peers.

This highly visible role requires a positive mindset, collaborative spirit and flexible communication style to successfully sell-in ideas and drive action at all levels of the organization.

The right candidate must be a quick-thinker, direct communicator, informed risk taker and practical problem solver. We need someone that is driven, acts fast and thinks like an owner;

that is highly analytical and capable of distilling core insights from disparate data sources to rapidly identify key business drivers, recommend solutions and quickly assemble and motivate cross-functional teams to action.

Skills Needed :

  • Commercialization and product lifecycle management and leadership of close-in innovation (e.g., line extensions, price / pack architecture, channel expansion, packaging updates and e-commerce)
  • Cross-functional team leadership and collaboration, including sales, R&D, supply chain, finance and operations
  • Analytically minded and able to translate data into insights into activation with advanced syndicated data experience (IRI, Nielsen, SPINs)
  • Consumer-focused thinking and ability to develop new products that drive brand affinity and deliver against financial objectives

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • 5-7 years of progressive CPG brand leadership, ideally in edible grocery categories
  • Bachelors Degree, MBA preferred
  • Successful commercial launches in multiple CPG channels (grocery, mass, club, e-commerce)
  • Advanced syndicated data expertise (SPINS, IRI, Nielsen, Numerator)
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to adapt storytelling as needed to inform and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Prior experience with better-for-you, challenger, startup or private equity backed brands a plus
  • Expertise in growing share in challenged environments
  • Partnership, licensing and / or product collaboration experience
  • Keen eye for consumer and design trends
