Litigation Associate Attorney

You'll work directly with clients, manage litigation files, and appear in court. We're looking for a proactive attorney who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to excellent client service.

• Key Responsibilities
• Represent clients in litigation matters including court appearances, depositions, and negotiations
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing legal advice and managing expectations
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, contracts, and other legal documents
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff on strategy and execution
• Supervise and delegate tasks to legal assistants
• Stay informed about legal developments relevant to practice areas
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Qualifications
• Required :
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Minnesota
• 1-3 years of litigation experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Professional, ethical, and client-centered mindset
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred :
• Experience in civil litigation, property law, or insurance matters
• Trial or deposition experience
• Familiarity with state and federal court procedures
