As they embark on new projects to enhance water quality and supply, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Water Treatment Construction Project Manager to lead their team to success.
Position Overview : As a Water Treatment Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and completion of complex water treatment construction projects.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning and execution of water treatment construction projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved and objectives are met.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to optimize project profitability.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identify potential risks and challenges, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and safety protocols throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the project team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working directly on water treatment construction projects as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects within the water treatment or infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, Procore, or Microsoft Project.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
