How You'll Make a Difference

You will take full ownership of cultivating high-performing team dynamics and delivering measurable outcomes. Enabling continuous flow, removing impediments, and driving relentless improvement. Acting as a servant leader and strategic coach, this role empowers Agile teams to adopt and sustain Agile principles, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with organizational goals.

As a key enabler of team success, the Scrum Master proactively fosters a culture of accountability, technical discipline, and collaboration, ensuring that Agile ways of working are not only understood but fully embedded in daily execution.

What You'll Bring to the Role

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
• Agile certification required (PMI-ACP, DASM, CSM, CSPO, SAFe Agilist or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks to deliver solutions.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Excellent people and project management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
