Operations Manager

Location : New Berlin, WI

Job type : Full Time

Schedule : Day shift, Monday - Friday

Salary : $76,200 - $104,000

• Compensation for this position includes salary, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.

What You'll Do

Manage and supervise all location specific operations functions in support of Viking Electric standardized operations processes. Managerial oversight includes safety, workforce, receiving, shipping, project material management, facility, delivery, counter sales, inventory, and asset management. Responsible for providing positive customer experiences and accurate order fulfillment with the annual established budget constraints. Responsible for maintaining operational key performance indicators (KPIs) within established metrics.
