A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst III to provide support for Human Resource Information Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and participate in HR project design, development, and delivery, ensuring best practices in system configuration and documentation
Maintain and administer Workday and other HR systems, developing expert knowledge of system architecture and conducting integrated systems testing
Respond to HR inquiries about HRIS issues, analyze requests, and collaborate with various departments to maintain consistent methodologies and standards
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Workday configuration experience, including talent management systems enhancement and report writing
Knowledge of HR issues such as employee relations, benefits, staffing, and compliance
Experience in Workday modules, preferably Recruiting and / or Compensation
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
No professional certification required
