A company is looking for an HR Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department
Assist with new hire follow-up processes and manage internal requisitions
Conduct exit interviews and support new hire orientation processes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
One (1) plus years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and / or experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with HRIS / HCM systems is a plus
Exposure to employment laws and regulations is desirable
