In this role, you'll support key HR functions, partner closely with leaders, and help create a positive employee experience across the organization.

What You'll Do:

Assists with developing, revising, and implementing policies and procedures
Provides guidance and support to leaders and employees on a variety of HR issues, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
Maintains accurate HR records and assists with creating and maintaining HR reports
Assists the recruiter in managing the full life-cycle recruitment process for the business to include sourcing, screening, recommending, assessing, testing, offering, and hiring
Assists with developing and conducting new employees onboarding and orientation
Serves as the primary back-up for payroll
Manages and assists with other HR-related programs and projects

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
Certification in HR (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) preferred
Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience
Understanding of human resources best practices, laws, and regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
