Therapist - Associate and Licensed welcome to apply - Santa Ana, CA Salary:

• Associate - $29.00 to $34.00 per hour.
• Licensed - $35.00 to $42.00 per hour.

• It is a job which requires strict boundaries with patients and staff alike.
• We need someone who can accurately track a patient’s progress and growth through our program while ensuring all reports and forms are filled out accurately and maintained properly.
• You will be expected to develop realistic treatment goals for our clients which are ethical, follow clinical practices and maintain the highest professional standards.

Duties:

• · Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, staff, physicians, visitors, and other staff.

Professional boundaries must be maintained at all times · Collect information about clients using assessments, tests, interviews, discussions, observations, etc. and distil information into detailed notes tracking progress as needed · Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports · Provide therapy to clients individually and in group sessions with the goal of overcoming dependencies and making positive changes · Collaborate with team members in staff meetings, and occasionally with the clinical supervision · Create treatment plan goals with client which follow procedures, adhere to code of ethics, meet legal clinical practice protocols, and maintain professional standards Skills:

• · Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) · Familiarity with substance treatment industry: 12 step terminology, etc · Proficiency in KIPU Systems Client Management Software Experience: · Mid-level candidate: Required hours completed; license test scheduled · Basic candidate: 2,500 hours towards license completed, AMFTs need to have children hours completed Additional Certificates & Licenses · CPR/First AID · Valid Driver’s License Other Requirements · Negative TB test results within past year · Medical clearance to work within past year · Ability to pass random drug screenings Physical Demands: The employee needs to be able to: · Sit for long periods of time · Type and view computer screen · Operate office equipment including phone, printer, copier, etc. · Communicate clearly, quickly and efficiently with clients and staff Work Location: Santa Ana, CA - On site; remote positions not available Powered by JazzHR
