Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Effectively manage incoming calls from clientsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesSchedule & Communicate with technicians to meet customer requirementsProvide accurate, valid, and complete information to our clientsAssign work orders based on priority to the available work forceMake customer follow-up callsGo the extra mile to engage clientsTrack advertising sourcesPerform customer surveysAssist with direct mail and various marketing effortsOther duties and projects as assignedCustomer Service Coordinator Qualifications | WHAT YOU BRING
