We’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across our properties, including buildings and restaurant venues. This position demands a hands-on expert with deep knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems , paired with a solid understanding of restaurant and kitchen infrastructure .
The ideal candidate is not just technically proficient, but also a strategic thinker—able to anticipate future operational needs , plan facility upgrades and renovations and play a key role in enhancing the overall functionality and growth of our business.
Requirements : Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily maintenance operations across multiple locations, including restaurants, kitchens, offices, and property spaces
- Supervise repairs and preventive work on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and general building systems
- Partner with ownership and operational leaders to plan and execute renovations, remodels, and capital improvement projects
- Ensure all systems—especially kitchen and restaurant equipment—function efficiently, safely, and in compliance with health and building codes
- Develop a long-term maintenance strategy aligned with business growth and evolving operational needs
- Oversee vendor relationships and service contracts; coordinate external service providers as needed
- Implement and manage a preventive maintenance schedule to reduce downtime and extend asset lifespan
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues, including on-call support when required
- Maintain thorough records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities
- Foster a culture of safety, cleanliness, and collaboration across facilities
- Communicate effectively with restaurant teams, property staff, and management to minimize disruptions and support smooth operations
Qualifications
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish5+ years of hands-on experience in building and facilities maintenance, ideally within hospitality or restaurant environmentsIn-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systemsProven ability to manage large-scale remodels and renovation projectsFamiliarity with commercial kitchen equipment and restaurant maintenance standardsStrong organizational and problem-solving skills; adept at managing multiple prioritiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative team playerPhysically capable of lifting, bending, and working in active conditionsValid driver's license and reliable transportationRelevant certifications (e.g., EPA, HVAC) are a plusWhy Join Us?
