Job Summary

As the Maintenance Assistant, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our hotel. Your responsibilities extend beyond routine maintenance to strategic planning and collaboration with other departments to uphold the highest standards in facility management. This position reports to the Chief Maintenance Engineer and the General Manager.

Your day-to-day

Warmly and professionally greets all guests and ensures quality service.

Monitor guest satisfaction processes and feedback through online surveys.
