HCBS Assessments Policy Director

A company is looking for a HCBS / LTSS Assessments Policy Director.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and apply CMS regulations related to HCBS and LTSS

Design and refine assessment tools and workflows for eligibility and service planning

Analyze assessment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Public Health, Social Work, Health Policy, or related field

5+ years of experience in Medicaid, HCBS, LTSS, or related policy and assessment work

3+ years' experience analyzing state Medicaid operations for assessments

Deep understanding of CMS regulations and person-centered planning

Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities and aging adults
