We're looking for an Appellate Attorney who thrives on research, writing, and thinking outside the box to help us win for our clients at the highest level. You'll be a key part of the Andy Wins Trial Process - digging deep into case law, crafting persuasive arguments, and finding creative solutions that others might miss.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis
• Draft compelling appellate briefs and motions
• Collaborate with trial attorneys to strengthen cases for appeal
• Develop innovative legal strategies aligned with the Andy Wins Trial Process
