Job descriptionResidential Roofing, Windows, Solar, and HVAC Single-trade or bundled packages Home upgrades with strong financing, clean pricing, and fast execution Competitive commissions per deal (no volume hustle) Weekly installs = weekly payouts No redraws, no backend games, no delays CRM, pricing, scopes, and support all handled in-house 2+ years of in-home sales experience Background in Roofing, Solar, Windows, or HVAC Ability to build rapport, educate homeowners, and close confidently Self-driven, professional, and results-focused 4,000+ satisfied customers and growing 13-day average install timeline across all trades In-house PMs, coordinators, and support staff Daily coaching, trade training, and sales development 1 in 4 reps hit top-tier income in their first year
