Account Manager
Everyday Health Consumer is seeking an Account Manager to oversee accounts for the industry's top health and pharmaceutical brands in the digital marketing space. In this role, you will partner with the Sales Team to serve as clients' primary point of contact, managing client expectations and partnering with internal stakeholders across campaign-specific initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing client relationships in digital media - at an online publisher, in a media buying / planning role, etc. Close attention to detail and wanting to be part of a highly collaborative team is a must!
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a liaison between clients, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure campaigns are set up to meet and exceed client objectives and performance goals
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and a strong knowledge of Everyday Health's product offerings
- Generate compelling media plans that align with client KPIs and manage campaigns by ensuring all program requirements are documented, communicated, and understood by all cross-functional groups
- Manage your campaigns, including aiding client requests and updating internal teams on campaign and project statuses
- Process contracts and reconcile billing on a monthly basis
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree3+ years relevant work experience at a publisher, advertising agency, or ad tech companyPreviously served as the primary point of contact for clients with demonstrated communication skillsExperience developing media plans, processing insertion orders, and collaborating with internal finance teamsProactive results-focused, initiative-taker, detail-oriented, creative thinker and team playerCapable of managing workload against deadlines - the ability to prioritize daily tasks with minimal interventionPositive attitude and a willingness to learnExperience with, or interest in, the healthcare industry a plus
