Director of Primary Care

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY)  is adding a  Director of Primary Care  to the Adult Primary Care Practice at  NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi , located in the Bronx. The practice cares for a large and diverse population of medically complex ambulatory patients. NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi Medical Center is affiliated with NYC Health + Hospitals, the countrys largest public health system. The practice is in our state-of-the-art ambulatory pavilion, adjacent to the inpatient facility in the northeast Bronx. We are a designated Level III Patient-Centered Medical Home using clinical innovation to improve patient outcomes. The hospital maintains an academic affiliation with  Albert Einstein College of Medicine . • Evening and Saturday Clinics :  Opportunities to provide care during extended hours
• Comprehensive On-Site Services :  Including x-ray, lab, MRI, and CT
• Administrative Time :  25% for administrative duties
• Educational Role :  Split your day between direct patient care and precepting house staff alongside attending faculty

• Flexible Work Environment :  100% outpatient with optional inpatient responsibilities

Qualifications

Wages and Benefits include :

Annual Base Salary : $244,000

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $308,400

Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.

Additional employee-paid Voluntary Life and AD&D coverage is available for you and your family.

Actual total compensation depends on many factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, and historical collections.
