A company is looking for an Incident Response Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting, collaboration, and research, ensuring customers are informed of their issue status
Assist in the implementation of readiness programs and develop content while mentoring new Technical Support Engineers
Identify process gaps and provide feedback for product and tool improvements, participating in case triage meetings to enhance customer solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 1+ years of technical support or consulting experience, or 3+ years of equivalent experience
Minimum 2+ years of Security Incident Response experience with operational security knowledge
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Network Security Administration or Systems Administration
Minimum 1+ years of customer-facing experience in large enterprise environments
Ability to meet security screening requirements and verification of citizenship due to legal restrictions
