The Marketing Manager manages regional marketing workflow by prioritizing, assigning, and expediting all marketing production assignments. The role involves coordinating the functions of the corporate marketing department and requires a basic understanding of A / E / C services. Responsibilities include research, surveying, due diligence, corporate follow-up, and post-mortem procedures to refine PBK's marketing strategies. Effective communication of this knowledge to senior staff and the marketing team is essential. A key objective is to develop and implement firm-wide processes that improve marketing delivery methods.

Your Impact

Full authority over all production processes related to RFQ responses.

Oversee efforts of architects, engineers, and consultants to craft coordinated responses that best showcase the firm.

Maintain creative and informational control over the firm's qualifications materials.

What You’ll Need

Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Political Science, or related field.

At least 1 year of experience managing a marketing team.

4-7 years of industry experience in A / E / C marketing with control over assignments.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop).

Ability to work independently and make decisions effectively.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience developing tailored qualification content.

Ability to interact professionally with senior management, clients, and vendors.

Self-motivated, quality-focused, and team-oriented mindset.
