Friendship Health Center is a skilled nursing and long-term care facility hiring CNAs now!

Our census is growing fast and we need to hire CNAs for all shifts.

We go out of our way to ensure we meet our ratio guidelines

Daytime : 7 patients / residents per CNA

Evening : 9.5 patients / residents per CNA

Noc : 13-17 patients / residents per CNA

PAY RATE

• $21.00 - $30.13 starting wage
• Top of Pay Grid is $35.53
• The CNA wage scale now considers the length of licensure and other experience in the field of nursing
• $1.50 differential pay for Friday Eve Shift through Sunday Noc
• Merit pay increases annually

Nursing Assistants not yet certified start at $19.00 and must get licensed within four months of hire.

AVAILABLE SCHEDULES

• Day Shift (6 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m.)
• Evening Shift (2 : 00 p.m. to 10 : 30 p.m.)
• Noc (10 : 00 p.m. to 6 : 30 a.m.)
• Weekdays
• Weekends

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Certified Nurse Assistant in the state of Oregon, or
• Completion of CNA course certification (must get OSBN licensed within four months of hire)
• Communicates well with nurses, patients / residents, and families
• Resolves problems & works cooperatively with others in a professional manner
