We are looking for a registered nurse to join our nursing staff in providing excellent health care to our patients. You duty of caring for the patients who are critically ill including tasks like responding to medical emergencies, having a highly analytical mindset, creating and maintaining accurate patient records, administering medications, monitoring for side effects, recording vital signs, reporting symptoms and changes in patient condition, and possess excellent communication skills.
Registered Nurse requirements :
Graduate from an a credited school of nursing.
1 year of nursing experience in the area of specialty.
A current IL. state nursing license, you will also need to be trained in BLS / CPR and be ACLS certified for ICU, and PALS and ACLS for ER.
A professional, friendly attitude and effective communication skills are keys to becoming successful in this role.
Registered Nurse Responsibilities :
Conducts an individualized patient assessment, prioritizing the data collection based on the patient immediate condition or needs within timeframe specified by client facilities policies, procedures or protocols.
Conduct ongoing assessments as determined by patient's condition and / or the client facility's policies, procedures or protocols and reprioritizes care accordingly.
Develops plan of care that is individualized for the patient reflecting collaboration with other members of the health care team
Performs appropriate treatment as ordered by physician in an accurate and timely manner.
Performs therapeutic nursing interventions as established by the individualized care plan for the patient and his family.
