Commercial Mechanical Director / VP

We are looking for a Director / VP of Operations in the Bay area. Bring your mechanical knowledge, and industry expertise. We are looking for a servant leader intersted in leading and growing our team.

The Director of Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of the company’s mechanical, plumbing, building management controls, and service divisions.

Qualifications

Required :

• Minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience working at companies specializing in any of the MEP trades.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership or operations management role.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of construction technology platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, MS Project, ERP systems).
