Job Description : Talent Groups is actively seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join an enterprise team embarking on extensive platform modernization initiatives.

Key Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Development.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and owning technical projects.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Java, JavaScript, SQL, MSSQL, JSON for 5+ years.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator is a prerequisite.
- Certified Platform App Builder is a prerequisite.
- Experience with AWS Cloud Technologies.
- Familiarity with Version Control Systems (Git, SVN is a plus).
