Automotive Guest Loyalty Specialist

EchoPark is seeking a Guest Loyalty Specialist to manage the post-sale guest experience focusing on service-related concerns and ensuring high satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS) and online reviews. This position is well-suited for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service within the automotive industry. Candidates with Service Advisor experienceminus the sales componentmay thrive in this role.

What Youll Do :

• Schedule repair appointments and greet guests in service lanes.
• Generate estimates write repair orders and follow up with guests.
• Act as the primary contact for mechanical or cosmetic concerns during the warranty period.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors.
• Provide loaner vehicles and ensure repairs meet company standards.
• Maintain transparent timely and friendly communication with guests.
