Multi Service Operations Manager

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Multi Service Operations Manager for a manufacturing site in Andover, MA.

In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for security services, vendor management, maintenance and receiving operations. Reporting to the Director of Facilities Operations, you'll manage first shift operations and lead a team of 15+ employees. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including security, contracted services, maintenance, janitorial and receiving operations.
• Ensure employees have the necessary equipment and resources to meet goals and deadlines while leveraging experience in managing building maintenance.
• Supervise and prioritize day-to-day tasks, delegating authority and ensuring operating standards are met.
• Ensure a safe work environment through safety training, equipment maintenance, and compliance with Sodexo's safety programs and government regulations.
• Implement and communicate quality improvements, while promoting workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial / environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
