Role Summary

As the General Manager of our Houston branch, you’ll oversee daily operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction across multiple service lines — HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

This isn’t a corporate desk job. It’s a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set the tone, drive results, and help grow the branch into a top-performing division of Team Enoch.

You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, manage your team, and execute local strategies — while collaborating with our DFW leadership to ensure alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing local team
• Manage daily operations and ensure quality service delivery across all trades
• Drive branch growth through efficient scheduling, sales performance, and team productivity
• Partner with marketing and leadership to expand brand awareness in the Houston market
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure profitability goals are met
• Oversee customer experience and ensure service excellence
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards
• Coordinate with DFW headquarters to align strategy, reporting, and company initiatives
