What You'll Do :

As a SPED Teacher, you'll be a key player in helping students reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include :

• IEP Champion : Designing, supervising, and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet each student's unique needs.
• Schedule Superstar : Creating and coordinating student schedules, making sure they connect with related services and general education opportunities.
• Data Detective : Collecting and analyzing student data to monitor progress and make informed instructional decisions.
• Team Collaborator : Working effectively with a large team of professionals (therapists, counselors, etc.) to coordinate comprehensive services.
• Lifelong Learner : Participating in staff development training focused on best practices for working with students with special needs.
• Innovation Implementer : Bringing state-of-the-art strategies to life in the classroom, creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
