Job descriptionConduct Health and Wellness professionally. Follow Safety and established procedures per Health Guidelines. Collect and document Medical History and vitals. Obtain blood and urine samples. Label, centrifuge, and complete all paperwork accurately. Upload All completed documents in the Examine Portal. Package and ship all paperwork and specimens to the lab. Provide Daily Case Status. The candidate must have Excellent blood drawing Skills and experience. 2 Year Minimum! Detail Oriented with strong medical terminology to gather medical history and physical measurements. Must have your stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, scale, and tape measure. Must have high-speed internet access with a printer / scanner to print, scan and upload completed documents. Must have Reliable car and auto insurance. - Spanish / English is very helpful.
- Willing to travel throughout City of Chicago and all metropolitan suburbs!
