The Sr. Payroll Analyst bridges operational payroll processing and strategic oversight. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll execution while supporting compliance, process improvements, and mentoring junior payroll staff. It combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for someone ready to step up from an analyst role but not yet managing the entire payroll function.

The expected compensation range for this role is $86,400 to 129,600.

We offer a range of market-competitive total rewards that include periodic pay rate adjustments based on market competitiveness.
